End-of-year wrap-up emails? Yawn. Instead of just telling Subway Rewards customers what they ate this year, we used AI to predict what they’d be doing next year.

Imagine if this year’s sub order held the key to your future… spooooky. We created a CRM campaign that went a step further than the typical data playback of end-of-year emails, and instead actually gave you a little taste of next year’s you. Analysing purchase data from each Subway Rewards customer’s order patterns, we were able to identify what new flavours they might try, how often they might visit us, and even how spend-y they might get with their Subway cash. Magic? Yes. But also, no – AI.
